"Unethical billing practices are bad for business..."
After I cancelled my annual subscription, they kept charging my account. They claimed that the yearly subscription covers the next 12 months, which is just not true. They also mentioned I needed to go through PayPal to cancel, but honestly, no other company has ever charged me after I cancelled a subscription. This is just plain unethical and shows poor customer service, not to mention it’s bad for business.

Awesome company with super friendly support and simple how-to videos. I ain't too techy when it comes to coding, and I've bought a bunch of themes and ditched projects 'cause it was just too much. "Cancellation of my lifetime subscription..."
Even though there was a major issue with the company mistakenly cancelling my lifetime subscription, they managed to resolve it after I reached out for two months. In the end, they came up with a fix, but it was kinda annoying. Now, I just gotta wait and see if everything runs smoothly with the upcoming updates and new themes.
